Delivery & Shipping Information

Standard Shipping orders will be dispatched the next business day.

Express Shipping orders will be dispatched as required to meet the requested delivery date. 

We do not offer delivery on weekends, however our delivery partners may deliver on the weekend if networks are overloaded.

We will use a variety of Australia Post Parcel Post for Standard Delivery Orders, and Express Post & Couriers for Preferred Date Deliveries.

If your gift is returned for incorrect address, a redelivery fee of $20 will be payable.

Our delivery partners (Auspost and national courier networks) enforce a strict 'Challenge 25' policy.  If the person accepting the delivery appears under the age of 25, they will be required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification (such as an Australia Driver's Licence, Passport, or NSW Photo Card) confirming they are 18+. 

Because our hampers are frequently sent as gifts, please ensure the recipient is aware that they must be present to accept the delivery and provide valid proof of age if challenged. 

Photo ID will be requested for Cocktail Gift Box deliveries.

Standard Delivery $6.95 (or FREE OVER $150 orders) will be sent Australia Post Parcel Post and delivery times may vary depending on location.

Express & Future Delivery Date - $12.95 orders will be sent via Express Post closer to your preferred delivery date.  Although we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on the date requested, it is not guaranteed, as delivery speeds are changing daily. (94% of our deliveries are still arriving perfectly on time)
